Kharad Studio was founded by Melanie Kharad.

For more than twenty years, interior design has been a central part of her life and work. Through her platform @berlin.interior, she has documented the ongoing transformation of her own home and the projects she has realised within it, inspiring a large community of design enthusiasts.

The designs of Kharad Studio emerge at the intersection of design, art and architecture. Inspired by forms found in nature, travel, memories and cultural influences, the studio creates objects that combine function with sculptural expression.

Each table begins as an idea, sketch or image before evolving into a three-dimensional object. The collections draw on motifs and forms that invite personal interpretation and intentionally exist somewhere between furniture and art.

Over the years, Melanie Kharad has collaborated with internationally recognised design, interior and lifestyle brands. These experiences continue to inform her understanding of aesthetics, materials and contemporary living.

Crafted from solid oak and produced in small editions, every piece is made to order. The natural grain of the wood ensures that each table is unique.
